Altacode LLC ("we" or "us" or "Company"), as a developer and owner of HiDeal integrated web and mobile platform ("Application") provides this Privacy Statement to describe our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information received from Users of the Application and related products and services, including mobile applications, and all content offered as a part thereof (the "Services").
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason, at Company's sole discretion. Company will notify of any material changes to the Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Application website, https://hideal.am. Users are advised to check this Privacy Policy regularly for any updates. By using or accessing the Application or the Services, Users are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy, and provide their consent to our processing of their personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended later. This Privacy Policy is incorporated as Appendix 1 into, and considered as a part of Terms of Reference and Conditions for all Users, currently located at https://hideal.am.
Law on Personal Data Protection (2015):
Users must provide informed consent before data collection.
Right to access, correct, or delete data (Art. 16).

Location tracking requires explicit permission.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account created for User to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Altacode LLC, 23/4 Davit Anhaght Street, 0069, Yerevan, Armenia.
Countryrefers to: Armenia
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Personal Data Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the HiDeal web platform and associated mobile apps, as per below:

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Top Manager, Manager and Seller refer to the designated employee(s) of a Merchant company who want to partner with us, list their special and personalized offers and find clients via our Application.
Customer refers to the users of the Application who want to get personal offers and deals from a merchant(s) as per their preferences set.
User ("users," "you," "your") refers to one of the user types specified above depending on the context.
Personal data processing Personal data processing refers to any action or set of actions that are associated with collection or fixing, or entry, or systematization, or formation, or storage, or use, or transformation, or restoration, or transmission, or correction, or blocking, or destruction of personal data, or performance of other actions with them, regardless of the type and mode of implementation (including, with the use of any tools of automation, technical tools or without them).
Personal data protection refers to a complex of technical and organizational measures aimed at protecting information related to a certain or determined on the basis of such information subject of personal data.
Personal Information Personal Information: company name, brand/store name, personal name, email, phone number (for account creation) and shopping preferences (optional)
Location Data: only with explicit consent (for GPS/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth-based location detection).

While using the Application, User might be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify them. The types of Users and registration process are presented in provision 3.3 of the guiding Terms of Reference. Registration for all Users of the Application implies the provision and storage of their name, email, and hashed password; also, Top Managers, Managers, and Sellers can upload their photos and Customers can mention their date of birth on an optional basis in their profile pages.
To get more personalized offers and targeted deals the customer will be asked to set their preferences in terms of shopping favorites, target age range, male/female/children choice, particular categories of interest, particular brands, etc.
For internal analytics and provision of more personalized and targeted services, the Application will collect, and store data related to user activities, particularly for Customers:
-accepted offers list
-declined offers list
-purchase history
Also, Purchase History will serve as a basis for monetization and fulfilling contractual obligations between Merchant and Company as per their mutual agreements and per se out of the frames of the Application

Withdraw Consent: Disable GPS/Wi-Fi/BT, push notifications in mobile device settings.
In operating this Application and the Services, such technologies as log files might be used. Log file information is automatically reported by your browser or mobile application each time you access the Application or our Services. Our log files help provide additional functionality to the Application and Services and help us analyze Application and Services usage more accurately. No use of cookies or other tracking technologies.
Information relating to personal data that has become known to the Company is considered confidential information and is protected by law.
Employees of the Company who have access to the processed personal data have signed a non-disclosure agreement, as well as have been warned of possible disciplinary, administrative, civil, and criminal liability in the event of the violation of the norms and requirements of the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia relating to personal data processing.
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
To contact You: to contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us.
For the performance of a contract: purchase history will serve as a basis for monetization and fulfilling contractual obligations between Merchant and Company as per their mutual agreements and per se out of the frames of the Application.
For other purposes: we may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, usage trends identification, promotional campaigns effectiveness determination and evaluation and improvement of our services, products, marketing and user experience.
We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent..
Account Data:Until deletion request.
Purchase History: 5 years (per tax laws).
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.
You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.
Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell user data.
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

Breach Notification: Users notified within 72 hours (per Armenia"s Data Protection Law).
Measures to ensure the safety of processed personal data:
to ensure the protection of processed personal data the Company takes necessary legal, organizational, technical protection measures in accordance with the regulatory requirements of authorized state authorities (regulators).
measures to protect personal data are developed in accordance with the requirements of the RA legislation, the Company's Information Security Policy and in accordance with the Company's technical capabilities. The responsibility to include such requirements in corporate documents is assigned to the developers of documents.
The Company, while processing personal data, is guided by the following requirements:
the legitimacy of the purposes, methods of processing and the reliability of the data;
ensuring the legality of the processing of personal data, which implies the processing of data with the consent of the subject;
the correspondence of the actual and stated processing objectives;
notification to users of information systems about the lawful and safe practices of handling personal data;
accuracy, completeness, reliability and safety of personal data in information systems;
informing the subject about the processing of his/her personal data and the legally significant consequences of such processing, enabling him to influence the accuracy and completeness of the data;
permanent internal control of the processing of personal data, readiness for undergoing state audits of processes and systems for processing personal data.
Minimum Age: 16 (per Armenia"s Law on Personal Data Protection).
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
This Policy, as well as all amendments to it, are approved by the Company and become effective from the date of publication on the Application website https://hideal.am. If the provisions of this Policy are contrary to the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the relevant provisions of the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia shall prevail.
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
